Breakthrough Dance Competition showcases: SAC MODERN

Sac Modern, stationed at California State University Sacramento, is an aspiring urbanized, hip-hop dance crew. Being held under the hands of Robert Olarte, Jordan Riturban, and Jessica Aliganga as their 2011-2012 artistic directors, they create an environment where everything is professional. As their team always likes to say, “Real talk, keep it professional.” As they keep it professional, they affiliate with Samahang Pilipino, and often perform in various cultural events such as: Sacramento Pilipino Cultural Night, and Saving F.A.C.E. Their will and determination take them far, as they always humble. Most dance crews have a “Hell” Week. However, for Sac Modern, they like to keep things positive and have what they call a “Heaven” Week. Sac Modern is continuing their team goals, and preparing for future shows— Breakthrough being one of them.
